For Kent Wilson, consistency is key. He started his career at Alpine Bank Glenwood Springs as assistant vice president and serves as senior vice president at the same branch today. He specializes in commercial and construction loans. Many of Kent’s loyal clients have become his friends over the years.
He takes his work seriously, but definitely not himself. His sense of humor is another constant that’s well-known and appreciated at Alpine Bank.
What does he think has changed in his 22 years with the bank?
“We’re a bigger organization now and we’ve streamlined our operations to be as efficient as possible to help better serve our clients,” he says. “But the wonderful culture has always remained the same.”
