Amanda Miller, vice president and trust officer for Alpine Bank Wealth Management, oversees client portfolio management and business development in Mesa County. She joined the department in 2008 and continues to build on her extensive background in trust and wealth management.
Amanda’s experience includes employee benefit organization and administration, department operations, investment management, and trust and estate administration. Amanda works closely with her clients and their trusted advisors to help individuals and families accomplish long-term trust and estate plans, while also helping them achieve current wealth management goals and objectives. She is a graduate of Colorado Mesa University, where she earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Amanda has also earned the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.
A natural leader, Amanda contributes her time and talent to HopeWest, a nonprofit that helps people who are facing aging, serious illness and grief. “I serve as the chair of the HopeWest NextGen board, which supports kids,” says Amanda. “I’m very passionate about this program, which is fully funded through philanthropy.”
Delivering quality service to her clients and making work enjoyable for her team are both central to her leadership philosophy. “I work with such a great group of talented individuals,” she says. “That makes coming to work each day so much fun!”
In her leisure time, she watches her kids’ sports and is involved in their activities. Since COVID, she’s also found a passion for golf. Amanda was born and raised on Colorado’s Western Slope.
