Alpine Bank Regional President Jay Rickstrew manages six bank branches from Glenwood Springs to Battlement Mesa, a big job. But guess who’s really calling all the shots?
“When I’m not working, I’m playing with Kira Mae. Or buying her whatever she wants,” says Jay, tongue-in-cheek, as he talks about his first grandchild.

And somehow, he fits in time to referee high school basketball too.
