The Card Management feature in Alpine Bank’s online banking and mobile app gives you more access and control on your debit card. For example, you can activate a new card or reorder a worn-out debit card with ease. Maybe you temporarily misplaced your card? With Card Management you’re able to turn your card off, and then turn it back on again once it’s been found. 

And there’s more:

  • If your card has been permanently lost or stolen, you’re able to deactivate it quickly and conveniently through your online banking or mobile app without having to call or come into a branch. 
  • Alpine Bank offers the option to add alerts and protections, which you’re able to manage on your own, allowing you the peace of mind that your card is only used according to your preferences. 
  • You may choose to block transactions, or be notified on transactions based on location, merchant type or transaction type. And, 
  • You can also set a spending limit.
