Delta Hardware is an independent Ace Hardware that’s been Kendrick-family-owned since 1971. Jim Kendrick’s ownership began in 1981, when he purchased the business from his parents. Together with his wife Jonni, the couple have run this longstanding business for four decades now, and they haven’t looked back.
Jonni and Jim were both born in Delta County, and have called it home ever since. “We enjoy the rural life and the outdoor opportunities Delta County has to offer,” said Jim. “And we think it’s a great place to raise a family.”
Delta Hardware operated for a full 60+ years before the Kendricks came on board. In fact, it celebrated its centennial year in 2015. Jim says the store has enjoyed unmatched customer loyalty. All the departments have expanded as the business has grown and the staff has remained true to the commitment of courteous, fair and honest business practices.
“Our business has always stressed knowledgeable service and long-term customer relationships,” said Jim. “Plus giving back to the community that supports us.”
