Coloradan, banker, volunteer, fiancé, and friend on and off the court.
Although his love of travel took him to dozens of states and international destinations from his native Indiana, this hoop-playing, globetrotting banker hadn’t ever been to Colorado. That was before he met his sweetheart at banking school in Dallas.
That precipitated win after win. He visited Colorado, moved to the Western Slope shortly after that, and joined Alpine Bank Rifle as an officer. Now his sweetheart Mary, also a fellow Alpine Banker, is officially his fiancée.
“As the saying goes,” says Larry, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” Always gaining forward momentum and connecting with people, he now serves as Ambassador with the Rifle Area Chamber of Commerce and in the Rotary Club. You’ll find him on the court with his rec basketball league in New Castle and bowling strikes at Rifle’s Fireside Lanes.
